What is Chat GPT Pro?

How does unlimited usage work with Chat GPT Pro?
Unlimited usage applies to o1, o1-mini, and GPT-4o, as long as the usage complies with the terms of service. Prohibited uses include:
- Automated data extraction.
- Sharing or reselling account credentials.
- Using Chat GPT to power your own services.
Systems are in place to prevent misuse and may temporarily restrict access if abuse is suspected. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact support.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Click your profile picture or initials in the top right corner.
- Select “Settings” and then “Subscription”.
- Click on “Manage” to be redirected to Stripe and select “Cancel Plan”.
The subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you subscribed via Apple or Google Play, cancellation must be done through those platforms directly.
What is the refund policy?
If you reside in the EU, United Kingdom, or Turkey, you may request a refund within 14 days of subscribing. To do so, open the chat widget in the Help Centre and select:

- I need a refund
How can I apply for a VAT refund?
To apply for a VAT exemption, use the chat widget in the Help Centre and choose:
- Billing
- VAT exemption request
Please include your billing information (name, email, and address) for quicker processing.
Can I upgrade my Chat GPT Team account to Chat GPT Pro?
Currently, it is not possible to upgrade directly from Chat GPT Team to Pro. However, you may cancel your Team subscription and purchase a Pro plan after the current term ends.
My account has been suspended. Am I eligible for a refund?
If your account is suspended for violating the terms of service:
- No refunds will be issued for unused time or prepaid amounts.
- No further charges will be applied after suspension.
How can I prevent my data from being used for model improvement?
To disable this feature, go to “Settings”:
- Navigate to “Data Controls”.
- Turn off “Improve the model for everyone”.
New conversations will then not be used for training purposes.
Where can I find my Chat GPT Pro invoices?
You can access your invoices as follows:

Can o1 generate images?
No, image generation is not available in o1. To generate images, please switch to GPT-4o and use DALL·E.
